Villa Gardenia is a brand new luxury residence, recently completed and is situated in a truly beautiful setting, just a few hundred metres from the Ionian Sea. Consisting of a 3 storey 5 bedroom residence, Villa Gardenia is available to rent as a 3 bedroom villa or alternatively as a 5 bedroom villa for larger parties of guests wishing to stay all together. Please note that the lower floor is an extra 150 Euro per night in addition to the rental amount quoted.

The ground floor consists of an open plan aspect, with living/dining room and modern Italian designer kitchen. This floor benefits from a walk in wetroom shower and full facilities and a double bedroom. all areas lead out to the extensive balconies overlooking the external areas. This floor also house a feature external kitchen and Al Fresco dining room, overlooking the private pool.

The feature staircase takes you up to the 1st froor, with an additional 2 further bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities and a large external balcony overlooks the incredible sea views and the extensive grounds of the premises.

On the lower floor is a further 2 bedrooms complete with family bathroom and direct access to the pool area.

The substantial external patio areas house a private overflow-style swimming pool all surrounded by the huge impressive grounds of this marvellous residence. The huge open gardens are beautifully managed, housing an olive grove, large lawned area and the 'piece de resistance' is the private tennis court available to all guests of the Aleli Villas.
