Villa Demeter is located in a peaceful rural setting, but is close to the coastal town of of Skala with its array of amenities, tavernas, shops and wonderful beaches. Villa Demeter is a beautifully equipped, large property, set within over half an acre of private landscaped gardens with its very own exclusive swimming pool, spacious patios and private entrance, allowing discerning guests to completely relax and get away from it all.

The garden is of exceptional beauty with a variety of mature fruit trees, plants and flowers. Outside dining table, seating areas and pool loungers allow you to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Villa Demeter also has an outdoor shower and a BBQ area, is not overlooked and allows you to relax in complete privacy and serenity.

Three king size en-suite bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. One of the bedrooms in the main house and the Garden Room may be configured as a twin.

One bedroom is in the Garden Room which is detached from the main house - ideal for those requiring further peace and quiet.

Downstairs the lounge area is equipped with a large internet-connected smart TV and WiFi, and comfortable sofas. There is a large dining area inside along with two seating and eating areas outside. The Italian-designed kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. There is a downstairs bathroom with toilet and shower along with an outside shower with hot and cold water.

Parking for several cars and a large garden, with trees and a large shaded area available by the pool, if you wish to rest from the Kefalonia sun.

The property is completely enclosed and not overlooked, allowing you to relax in the pool and garden in complete privacy.

The villa is a 15 minute walk (5 minute drive) from Skala where you can find many tavernas and bars along with other facilities such as bakers and ATMs.  The beach at Skala is fantastic and has areas with sunbeds or less busy areas. As this beach is about 2km long, you are guaranteed to find the perfect spot!

Also nearby is Spithi beach - a natural beach that can be reached in about 10 minutes from the villa by walking through the adjacent field and a path down to the beach.

A 5-minute drive will take you to Mounda Beach. This is a long sandy beach that has tavernas as well as long, empty stretches.
