Villa Aglaia will be available to it’s first guests at the beginning of summer 2019, and has been designed and built to exacting architectural standards, with a blend of traditional and contemporary features that will surely make this property one of the most exclusive residences available for private holiday rental in the popular South-Western region of Kefalonia. Perched high upon a private headland, with an uninterrupted 180 degree vista, Villa Aglaia’s breathtaking setting is framed by the unbelievable views out to the blue azure of the wonderful Ionian Sea.

This extensive property consists of a large individually-designed 3 bedroom main villa, complemented perfectly by the charming 1 bedroom guest villa, allowing the discerning travellers to be accommodated within the same prestigious residence, whilst giving an opportunity for privacy as well. The 2 properties are for rental together and will allow a total of 8 guests to relax and immerse themselves in complete and utter luxury.

The separate guest house, designed to the same exacting standards and built to compliment the main villa, incorporates a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom with en suite facilities. The guest house also has patio areas and full access to the remainder of the estate.
There is private off road parking and beautifully designed fully landscaped garden areas surround the villa on all sides, with a tranquil contemporary decking area located beyond the pool.
The lounge & kitchen areas of the main villa open out via glass sliding doors onto extensive veranda areas, allowing guests to make the most of the expansive views and also giving immediate access to the private pool, the Jacuzzi, the spacious patios and the large external entertainment area. The veranda and patio areas are furnished with exquisite contemporary-style furniture and the stylish sun loungers complement the large tiled swimming pool. The entertainment area houses a large BBQ and Al Fresco dining area, a place that will be the focal point of most evenings, as guests enjoy everything Villa Aglais has to offer.

Mavrata lies 5 mins from the popular harbour resort of Katelios, with its array of fish restaurants and low key cocktail bars, and only 10 mins away is the livelier resort of Skala boasting many 5 star hotels, a huge choice of eateries and a large expansive beach front.
